Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any and all legal transactions carried out and/or concluded, via www.introspecto.ch (hereinafter referred to as "the website", managed by introspecto GmbH) or directly by introspecto GmbH’s staff members. introspecto GmbH reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version of these General Terms and Conditions is that which is valid at the time of the booking or conclusion of a contract.

Offers and conditions

introspecto GmbH offers consulting, training, coaching and mediation services for individuals and companies. introspecto GmbH is free to set the prices and to change them at any time. As concerns offers that are booked directly via the website, the relevant website-published price is definitive. For all other service requests, a binding quote will be provided (including pre- and post-processing). Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs, unless indicated otherwise, and must also be paid in this currency. At the time of writing, introspecto GmbH is not subject to VAT, therefore VAT is currently not charged and not included in pricing.

Expenses

Any additional expenses that are created in connection with introspecto GmbH’s work in consultation with the commissioning company or individual will be invoiced in effect.

Any expenses, such as room rental, special-working instruments such as projector, flipchart or other external costs will be invoiced separately, after consultation with the client.

Consulting or coaching fees

All agreed fees that are not settled directly via the website must be paid, within the 30 days following the service fee being presented, by e-banking or via payment links of introspecto.zahls.ch.

Online booking via the website

• The following applies to online bookings of services:
  
• Under the heading "For Private" you will find our offers, which can be booked online. Here you can select the desired service and find more detailed information such as content and price and can select them with one click.
  
• If you have decided to purchase the service, click on the button "Add to cart" and then on the button "Proceed to checkout"". Then you will be asked to enter your name and address, as well as e-mail address.
  
• As payment options, you can pay by credit card, Samsung Pay, TWINT and Postfinance. As soon as your payment has been received, you are entitled to the purchased service.
  
• Before completing the order, purchasers must click the corresponding boxes, to confirm their consent to:
  
  • to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions
    
  • to the validity of the privacy policy. In addition, you must agree to waive the right of withdrawal.
    
• Finally, the customers must click on the "Pay" button; thus, submitting a binding offer to introspecto GmbH. In so doing the customer will be concluding a formal contract of sale with introspecto GmbH for the booking.
  
• Immediately after clicking “Pay”, the customer will receive a confirmation email from introspecto GmbH. At that moment the contract between the customer and introspecto GmbH is established.

If you do not wish to purchase a particular service via the online store, you may place your order directly, at any time, by sending an email to info@introspecto.ch.

Cancellation of a confirmed appointment by client (private person)

The cancellation date is the date on which the client’s written cancellation of participation is received by introspecto GmbH. A free cancellation or postponement of the session will be possible, until 24 hours before the appointment date and time. After that, introspecto GmbH will charge 100% of the fees.

Cancellation of a confirmed workshop/training including reflection days by client (private person)

The cancellation date is the date on which the client’s written cancellation of participation is received by introspecto GmbH. A free cancellation or postponement of the session will be possible, until 7 days before the appointment date and time. After that, introspecto GmbH will charge 100% of the fees.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking by company

The cancellation date is the date on which the customer’s written cancellation of participation is received by introspecto GmbH. For cancellations of up to 7 working days before the start date of the order, any actual preparatory work, incl. expenses (according to the agreed daily rate for execution), will be charged. In the case of cancellations dated less than 7 working days before the start of the order, at least 50% of the full quoted amount will be charged. In the case of cancellations made after the start of the order the total amount will be charged.

Cancellation by introspecto GmbH

introspecto GmbH reserves the right to cancel appointments for reasons of force majeure, objective impossibility, and health. In such cases, fees will be refunded unconditionally and in full. A refund can be waived, and the appointment rescheduled, by mutual agreement.

Confidentiality

introspecto GmbH’s staff members are obligated to maintain unlimited confidentiality in respect of third parties, including any and all of his clients’ operational, business and private matters that might become known in the course of the contract’s activity, even after the conclusion of the contract.

introspecto GmbH’s staff members are subject to a duty of confidentiality. However, introspecto GmbH reserves the right to lift his duty of confidentiality should a risk of personal injury or injury to third parties become apparent. In this case introspecto GmbH will contact a professional authority.

Disclaimer

As far as is legally permissible, introspecto GmbH excludes any liability in connection with his offers. The activities are purely service activities. Success is neither guaranteed nor owed.

Insurance

The client is always the organizer of training and workshops etc. Therefore, participants receive no insurance coverage from introspecto GmbH.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The relationship between introspecto GmbH and the clientele is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the city of Biel/Bienne, Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
